Upon booking our services, you'll receive a comprehensive welcome package containing additional FAQs, a detailed questionnaire, and our preferred vendors list. This package is designed to capture your vision and preferences, guiding us in creating the perfect wedding tailored to your dreams.
Can Irene's wedding planners assist with both local and destination weddings?
Yes, We have staff located in New York, Connecticut, and Utah. We serve couples at all destinations while supporting them from our main office in Utah.
What is the payment structure for wedding planning services?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 15 days prior to the wedding date.
Do the wedding planners work with preferred vendors, or can I bring in my own?
I do work with preferred vendors but open to working with all licensed and insured vendors in the area. You will receive our preferred vendor list in your welcome package when your wedding day is booked.

It's worth noting that Irene is also an ordained minister, capable of officiating weddings in Utah, providing an additional layer of flexibility for last-minute changes or challenges. Can Irene's wedding planners help with day-of coordination?
Absolutely, and then some! While we understand that you may have the budget for a 'day-of coordinator,' we believe in providing a more comprehensive service. The truth is, a true 'day-of coordinator' doesn't really exist. That's why we offer a 60-day coordination package.
With this package, we have the opportunity to thoroughly review your wedding plans, identify any gaps, and seamlessly fill them with our preferred vendors. We make valuable suggestions, craft a realistic timeline that both you and your photographer will love, and assemble a dedicated team to flawlessly execute your wedding day plan.

With Irene being an ordained minister, legally capable of marrying people in the state of Utah, and our full staff presence in Utah, New York, and Connecticut, our experienced team is ready to adapt to challenges.
