About the Program

This mentoring program is intentionally small. I only take four wedding professionals each year, and it’s by application and interview only. This isn’t a mass coaching group or a quick fix. It’s a boutique program designed to give you one-on-one attention, space to ask real questions, and the kind of guidance that comes from someone who has been exactly where you are.

Whether you join for three months or six months, we meet once a month for a dedicated call. Each call has a focus and a goal, so you leave with clarity and direction you can apply to your business right away. This is not theory. It’s real, actionable mentoring built around what works in today’s wedding industry.

Monthly Topics 

Month One is about structuring your business and offers. We dig into what you’re selling, how you’re pricing, and what your packages look like. You’ll leave this call knowing exactly how to present your services in a way that feels clear, confident, and ready for clients to say yes.

Month Two focuses on the sales journey. We go step by step through the sales call process, and I teach you how to sell in a way that feels calm and authentic. We’ll role play, practice objection handling, and create a natural flow that makes you feel confident on every call. Irene will also shadow a real client call you have that month.

Month Three is about marketing your business. This includes showing up online with intention, positioning yourself in your local market and in destination markets, and getting featured in publications. You’ll build a marketing plan that feels exciting and aligned with your goals.

Month Four moves into organizing your client process. We’ll talk about CRM systems, automation, and templates so your communication feels seamless and professional without losing the personal touch. This is where you set yourself up for smooth, stress-free client relationships.

Month Five is where we dive into design and systems. I’ll show you how to translate your ideas into 2D and 3D visuals, even using AI, so clients can actually see what you’re dreaming up. We’ll also cover project management systems so your design work is not only beautiful but organized and efficient.

Month Six brings us to leadership and collaboration. This is about stepping into your role as a community builder, collaborator, and leader in the industry. We’ll talk about impact, generosity, and how to invest in yourself in a way that elevates your business and the people around you.
