The celebration began with a welcome party at The Chateau Deer Valley, offering guests the opportunity to gather, connect, and settle into the rhythm of the weekend while taking in the alpine setting of Park City, Utah.

On the wedding day, Meg prepared at River Bottoms Ranch with her bridal party, surrounded by the landscape that inspired their destination celebration. She and Jason shared an emotional first look before stepping into their reception space for a quiet, intentional moment together.

The design featured a soft palette of blues and pinks that mirrored the cotton candy skies, layered with refined textures and romantic details. Pearl-accented place settings, tattered menus, and hand-dyed blue orchids imported from Holland elevated the tablescape, while a grand floral installation anchored the reception design.
