PEOPLE Magazine

This one was personal in all the best ways. I’m so excited to share that Maddie and Nephi’s wedding was featured in PEOPLE Magazine — a full exclusive spotlight on one of the most heartfelt and high-energy celebrations I’ve ever planned.

From the very first meeting, it was clear Maddie wanted to tell their story their way. They had already been legally married and were raising a beautiful child together. This wedding wasn’t a beginning. It was a celebration of everything they had already built — a moment to gather their favorite people and say, “Here we are. Let’s celebrate love. Let’s make it unforgettable.”

We planned a candlelit ceremony overlooking the mountains at Siempre in Draper, Utah. Classic black and white, elevated silver accents, and cultural traditions were woven throughout every part of the weekend. From family dances and traditional floral leis to a surprise Haka performed by Nephi and a beautiful Taualuga danced by Maddie, it was powerful, emotional, and fully theirs.

The reception? Pure joy. Signature cocktails, a custom dance floor, a jaw-dropping ceiling installation, and disco wall moments turned the night into the party of the year. Culinary Crafts created a menu full of Polynesian flavors. A full gelato bar and late-night sliders kept the energy going all the way to the last song.

Being featured in PEOPLE is such an honor, especially for a wedding that held so much meaning. But honestly, what makes me proudest is watching a couple like this show up in every detail of their day — culture, story, intention, and celebration, all wrapped into one unforgettable weekend.

If you’re planning a wedding that deserves this level of care and storytelling, let’s talk.

Because your wedding should feel like it was written just for you.
